When you're added to a course, you'll get a welcome email that looks something like this:

Welcome to [Your School] You've been added as Learner Dear [Your Name], We're glad to have you onboard! Your account is ready. Login Email: your.email@example.com Login PIN: 1234 (some students get one of these too) Your link: https://[yourschool].wise.live [Get Started]

You'll get an email like this every time you join a new course.

There are two ways to get in from it:

Click "Get Started"
This takes you straight in. You don't need to do anything else.

Or sign in yourself
Open the link in the email and type in your email address. You'll get a code by email to prove it's you — this always works. Some students also get a PIN in their email they can type in instead of waiting for a code.

You never need to make up a password. Once you're signed in, you'll stay signed in on that device, so you won't have to do this every time.
