I can't sign in

Check your email, your link, and your spam folder first.

I clicked Join and nothing happened

Usually a blocked pop-up, especially on Safari.

I can't hear or see anyone in class

A few quick fixes to try first.

I didn't get a reminder before class

Ask your school which reminders are turned on.

The Pay Now button isn't working, or isn't there

Probably just means your school handles payment another way.
