Question 1

I can't sign in

Accepted Answer

Make sure you're using the exact email your school has for you, and your own sign-in link, not a general website. Check your spam folder for the code if it hasn't arrived, and ask for a new one if needed. Still stuck? Ask your tutor or school to check your account.

Question 2

I clicked Join and nothing happened

Accepted Answer

This usually means your browser blocked a pop-up, especially on Safari. Check your browser's settings and allow it, then try again. If class hasn't started yet, you'll see a "starting soon" screen instead (see 3.1 ) — that's normal.

Question 3

I can't hear or see anyone in class

Accepted Answer

Try Chrome or Firefox if you're not already using one. On a computer, joining through the actual video app instead of your browser often sounds better. Make sure your browser is allowed to use your camera and microphone. Still having trouble? Ask your tutor or school for help.

Question 4

I didn't get a reminder before class

Accepted Answer

Not every school turns on every kind of reminder. If you're not getting one you expect, ask your tutor or school to check.

Question 5

The Pay Now button isn't working, or isn't there

Accepted Answer

If there's no Pay Now button, your school is likely handling payment another way — ask them if you're not sure. If the button is there but doesn't work, let your school know.

Question 6

My attendance or sessions used look wrong

Accepted Answer

If you joined class a different way than usual, it might not have been counted properly. Let your tutor or school know and they can fix it. For sessions, check your session history — it usually explains the numbers.
