Every institute on Wise has its own unique platform URL (for example, https://brightfuture.wise.live). This is the only address you should use to log in.

Don't try to sign up or log in from Wise's general marketing website — that's a different page entirely and won't connect you to your institute. If you're ever unsure of your institute's URL, check your welcome email or ask your admin.

Tip: Bookmark your institute's login page once you've logged in for the first time, so you don't have to search for the link again.
