Progress Reports is an AI-generated summary of a student's performance over time, built from your session summaries and feedback rather than any one session alone.

This feature is gated behind an add-on your institute has to enable — if it hasn't been purchased or turned on, the Progress Reports screen may appear empty or locked. At many institutes it's currently offered as a free preview rather than a fully released feature, so treat it as something still evolving rather than a stable, guaranteed part of your workflow.

Reports don't go out automatically. They're generated as drafts that an admin reviews before anything is sent to a student or parent — as a tutor, you're not responsible for approving or sending them, though your institute may ask you to review or edit the draft text (not layout or design) before it goes out, since the report is built from your own session notes and summaries.

If a course is brand new and has only had a session or two, a report generated that early will be thin — some institutes choose to wait until a full reporting cycle has passed before generating the first one, so don't be surprised if Progress Reports doesn't show much for a just-started course.
