Once a session ends, the same session card updates with a feedback form, alongside a set of AI-generated outputs for that session (see The AI outputs generated after a session). Filling out the feedback form matters — it's what drives credit deduction, your payout, and the notification sent to the student or parent, so it's worth doing right after each session while it's fresh.
The form has two parts:
Instructor Feedback
- Session status — Completed, No Show, or Other.
- Sessions consumed — how many credits this session should count as: 1, 0, 0.5, or a Custom amount if you need a different number (see Session status vs. sessions consumed for how this relates to session status).
- Topics covered — a free-text field for what you covered in the session.
- Comments — any additional notes.
Attendance
A summary of who was In Session, Present, or Absent, plus a per-student row where you can adjust attendance manually if needed (see How attendance is tracked).
Once you've filled everything in, submit the form to lock it in.
