Some institutes use Split Payments, where payouts are sent straight to your own account instead of being handled manually by your institute. This only applies if your institute has this feature enabled — if it isn't, you won't see this option, and your institute handles payouts the usual way.

If Split Payments is enabled for you, you'll need to link a payout account before you can receive anything:

  • Open the Payouts tab.
  • Click Link your Payout Account and connect the Stripe account where you want your payments deposited.
  • Once connected, use the Payouts tab as usual to track your sessions and payouts.

This step is optional and only needed if your institute has Split Payments turned on. If you don't see a "Link your Payout Account" button, your institute isn't using this feature, and you don't need to do anything.
