The Chats screen is a single place for all your conversations on Wise — with students, parents, admins, or a group of people together. Click New chat to start any of these; you're not limited to messaging students one-on-one.

Your own private information isn't visible to the people you're chatting with, so you can message freely without worrying about exposing personal details.

By default, your Chats view shows threads you've replied in (“My Chats”). If you're missing a conversation you expect to see, check with your admin about whether there's a broader view available for your role.
