The Payouts tab shows a session-by-session ledger of what you're owed. Each session will show a status, and the two you'll most commonly run into are:

  • Feedback Pending — the session happened, but you haven't submitted your post-session feedback yet (see Submitting session feedback). Your payout for that session won't move forward until you do.
  • No Payout Set — your payout rate hasn't been configured for that course yet. This is on your admin to set up; submitting feedback won't resolve it on its own.

Once feedback is submitted and a rate is set, the session should move into your institute's normal review/approval flow. If a session has been sitting in one of these states for a while, that's a good reason to check in with your admin.
