Under Settings → Preferences, you'll find a separate set of controls — these aren't your availability slots, but rules about how bookings can be made against your availability:

  • Minimum Notice for Session Booking — how much advance notice is required before a session can be booked.
  • Buffer Time Between Session Bookings — a gap enforced between one session and the next, so back-to-back bookings don't leave you with no break.
  • Limit future bookings — caps how far in advance sessions can be scheduled.
  • Restrict Bookings to Adjacent Slots — limits new bookings to slots adjacent to existing ones, rather than allowing bookings scattered throughout your open availability.

Think of Availability as when you're open, and Preferences as the guardrails around how that openness can be booked.
