The Parent menu is deliberately short compared to a Student's:

  • My Learners, your landing page, described above.
  • Fees, billing and payments across all your linked children, in one place (see Section 4).
  • Chats, your conversations with instructors and institute admins (see Section 5).

Unlike the Student view, there's no Store, Activity, or course-content browsing directly in the Parent menu. That's because a parent's own account is about management and oversight (fees, communication, and your children's accounts), not about taking courses yourself. To see anything course-related (sessions, materials, recordings, homework) you switch into your child's own account (next section).

This doesn't mean you can never reach the Store as a parent: if your institute sells courses publicly, Store is also available as its own public link (no login required) that your institute can share with you directly, the same public storefront a prospective family would browse before enrolling (see Student KB, Section 11). It just isn't something you'll find tucked inside your own logged-in Parent menu.
