Before you start: whether you see a Fees tab at all, and whether fees are shown to you, to your child, to both, or to neither, is controlled by your institute. Some institutes show fees to parents only (common for K-12, where the parent manages payment), some show both, and some hide fees from the platform entirely and handle billing outside Wise. If you don't see a Fees tab, that's a deliberate setting on your institute's side, not something missing or broken.

The Fees tab opens with three numbers at a glance: My Learners (how many children are linked to you), Courses Enrolled (total across all of them), and Fees Pending (your total outstanding balance, in your institute's currency). Below that is a single combined table of every Billing Plan across every child: each row shows the plan, the course it's for, which child it belongs to, the amount, and its due date or dues status.
