Remember that course-level content (sessions, materials, recordings, homework) lives inside your child's own account, not your Parent dashboard directly. Switch into their account via View or the account switcher (3.2) first. If it's still missing once you're there, it may be governed by an institute setting (for example, whether recordings are shared with students or parents at all), which your institute controls.
