A few things worth noting about this email:

  • It includes both your own login details and your child's: the learner account section gives you their login email and PIN too, not just yours. This is separate from (and in addition to) the in-app account switcher described in Section 3, so you technically have two ways to get into your child's view: switching from inside your own Parent account, or logging into their account directly using the details in this same email.
  • You'll get a similar email every time a new child is linked to your account, with that child's details included.
  • Selecting Get Started takes you straight in, already logged in. You can also go to the Platform URL shown and sign in manually (see 1.3).
