You don't need a separate channel to talk to your child's tutor about something specific to a session or their progress. If your child already has an ongoing chat with their instructor, you're automatically included as a participant in that same conversation and can read and reply within it directly, without your child needing to add you. This is intentional: Wise doesn't create a separate, parallel parent-tutor thread for every student-tutor thread, since in most cases it's the same conversation either of you might need to see or join.
