Opening a billing plan (click anywhere on its row) shows its full detail: what kind of plan it is, your pending invoices and pending payment total, and two tabs, Invoices and Transactions. The plan types you'll commonly see:

  • One-time or Installments: your institute sends invoices for this plan (for example, a course billed in three installments), and you pay each one by its due date.
  • Postpaid Per Session (sometimes labelled PAYG, pay-as-you-go): your child is billed after each completed session during a billing cycle, rather than upfront. This type shows its Price per session, Next Invoice Date, Billing Cycle (for example, weekly), and Grace Period. Each invoice line is tied to a specific completed session.

Within either type, the Invoices tab lists each invoice with its date, a note (what it's for), due date, status (Paid, Upcoming, or similar), and amount. The Transactions tab shows a running log of actual payment activity, including anything your institute has recorded manually (shown with a status like Offline, meaning it wasn't paid through the platform's own payment gateway, such as cash or a bank transfer recorded by the admin).
