Two global switches under Manage Notifications turn WhatsApp and Email notifications on or off for every user at once, with a separate "Configure Notifications" screen for per-user-group granularity beyond that master switch.

A few email-specific options worth knowing: a Welcome Email Note appended to every new student/parent's onboarding email; a Cancellation Policy Message shown in reminder emails; a Show Images in Emails toggle (turning it off sends plain-text email, which can actually help deliverability); and a Custom Email Banner to replace the default top banner with your own branding.
