  • API Key — the secure token required to authenticate external requests. Treat this like a password.
  • Institute ID — the unique identifier for your overarching academy or business.

2. Webhooks

External systems get instantly notified when specific events happen within your institute.

  • Webhook — receive notifications whenever data is created or updated, to build integrations on top of Wise. Use "+ Add Webhook" to configure the endpoint URL and select event triggers (e.g. a student enrolls, a payment succeeds).
