1. Enable Registration

  • Enable Registration Form — activates the custom registration process for new signups.

2. Setup Registration Form

  • Parent Registration Form — collects parent details and lets them add one or more students; usable as a public link on your website.
  • Student Registration Form — collects student details during signup; usable as a public link on your website.
  • Make it compulsory for students — forces profile completion before accessing courses or dashboard.
  • Don't allow students to update the details once filled — locks profile data after first submission.

3. Setup Student Contract

Parents receive an email to sign the contract; clicking it redirects them into the platform to sign.

  • Contract for Parents / Students — add contracts to sign (terms and conditions, refund policies, behavioral agreements).
  • Allow only parents to sign contract — restricts signing to parents, ensuring a legally binding agreement for minors.
