Users has two tabs: Learners and Tutors. This is where every person at your institute lives, separate from any one course — a learner or tutor exists here first, and gets attached to a 1:1, Group, or Recorded course afterward (or at the same time, via whichever course model's own enrollment flow — see Sections 4 and 5).
