Not today. Wise's content drip settings only control when content first becomes visible (immediately, a set number of days after enrollment, or a specific date) — there's currently no way to re-hide or unpublish something once a student has already seen it, and content can't be linked to a specific session to limit visibility to "only what's happened so far."

If this matters for your business (for example, a rolling-enrollment group course where you don't want new joiners seeing every past week's material at once, or you want to protect paid content from being front-loaded), the common workaround is to keep a separate master "template" course with all your content, and use Content → Copy Resource to manually add each week's material into the live course only once it's actually due. More manual than a real hide/unpublish toggle, but it works.
