  • Configure Notifications (Email/WhatsApp) — granular preferences per user group.

3. Additional Email Options

  • Welcome Email Note — included in onboarding emails to new students and parents.
  • Cancellation Policy Message — informs students and parents of your cancellation terms in reminder emails.
  • Show Images in Emails — toggles logo/banner/icons in notification emails; turning this off sends plain-text email, which may improve deliverability.
  • Custom Email Banner — your own branded image replacing the default top banner on all notification emails.
