Keywords is Wise's white-label terminology feature: rename "Learner" to "Student," "Instructor" to "Tutor," "Assessment" to "Homework," or relabel course types entirely to match your own catalog. This is worth doing early because it changes language everyone sees from their very first login, including onboarding emails and the dashboard itself — renaming it after people are already used to the old terms is a harder change to make land.

This isn't an education-only feature: it's general enough that a non-tutoring business can rename "Learner" to something like "Client" and the platform reads naturally for an entirely different kind of service business.
