Toggle and configure unique onboarding experiences tailored to specific user roles: Learner, Parent, Tutor, Admin.

2. Note Configuration & Editor

Clicking "Configure" next to any role opens a rich-text editor to help you build the welcome screen.

  • Rich Text Formatting — bolding, italics, bullet points, headers, and hyperlinks.
  • Insert Media — embed YouTube videos, share document links, or upload images directly into the welcome note.
  • Dynamic Variables — personalize the note with tags like {{student_name}}, {{student_email}}, and {{student_phone}}, auto-replaced with the logged-in user's actual data.
