Under Settings → Instructor → Instructor Payouts:

  • Enable instructor payouts — lets you set a per-session payout amount on each course. The amount is recorded the moment the hosting instructor submits their session feedback form.
  • Auto approve instructor payouts — when on, those recorded amounts approve themselves instead of sitting in a review queue for an admin to approve one by one. This is the toggle that decides whether the "Payouts in Review" number on a tutor's own Payouts tab (7.3) ever actually has anything sitting in it.
