Under Settings → Payments, four things need deciding before billing plans (4.2) mean anything:

  • Default Currency — the primary currency for all course pricing and revenue tracking.
  • Payment Gateway Connection — Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Razorpay, 2C2P, Centz, PhonePe, CardCom, and others. Payments settle straight to your own account with no platform transaction fee.
  • Student Fees visibility — whether fee info and payment options are shown at all, plus a "Show Fees to Parent Only" option recommended for K-12 tutoring where the parent, not the student, manages money.
  • Invoice Settings — your institute's address/contact/registration details (shown on every invoice PDF) and any additional notes, tax disclaimers, or terms you want printed on invoices.
