• Prevent scheduling conflicts — blocks anyone from scheduling outside a tutor's working hours, or at a time that tutor is already booked.
  • Show only scheduling timings to students — affects past sessions only: if a session was scheduled 4–5pm but actually ran 4:05–4:45, students still see the scheduled 4–5pm window, not the actual times.
  • Session not started — sets how many minutes past the scheduled start time you want an admin alert to fire if a live session still hasn't been started.
  • Keep original session host — ON: the scheduled instructor stays the host of record even if a different admin/instructor is the one who actually clicks Start. OFF: whoever starts it becomes host. This flows through to analytics and instructor payouts, so it's worth setting deliberately rather than leaving on the default.
  • Adhoc Sessions — lets instructors start a session even if nothing was scheduled in advance.
  • Waiting Room — applies to Zoom sessions specifically.
