Beyond payouts (9.3), Instructor Settings controls what a tutor can touch: restricting them from editing sessions or course content, letting them manage learner credits, limiting a multi-instructor course so a tutor only sees sessions they're hosting, and whether they can view a student's registration-form answers or private notes.

Working Hours & Leaves has its own layer: a master "Enable instructor working hours & leaves" switch, then separate toggles for whether instructors can edit their own hours or log their own leave, plus an institute-level default-hours baseline they customize from. Institute Holidays are added once and block scheduling institute-wide on those dates (Christmas, Eid, etc.) — no student can book against a blocked holiday regardless of a tutor's own availability.
