A few real, repeatedly-confirmed facts from the support-call log aren't in the official Settings Guide and haven't been re-walked live, so they stay flagged rather than stated as current:

  • Whether multiple payment gateways can now run simultaneously (the CSM's live answer on one call was later found to be outdated).
  • Manually marking an externally-collected payment (e.g. a bank transfer) as paid on an invoice that was never charged through Wise.
  • Exact storage, bandwidth, and communication-credit limits and overage pricing.
