A fully white-labelled mobile app (your own name and listing on the App Store / Google Play) requires DUNS business verification plus your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console organization accounts. DUNS itself is a free, standard process — typically 15–20 days for most international businesses, up to about a month for India-based businesses — and store review adds roughly another 10–15 days on top, for a total of around 30–45 days end to end.

If you're contacted separately about a paid "expediting" service for DUNS (sometimes around $1,000 for a few days' turnaround): that's a legitimate optional third-party upsell, not a Wise requirement and not a sign of a scam. The free process is genuinely free; paying is only ever about speed.

In the meantime, the free, non-branded shared app ("My Online Classes") works immediately via your institute code, and switching from non-branded to branded later is fully supported — you don't have to decide on branding on day one.
