1. AI Revision Tools

  • Enable AI powered Quizzes and Revision Cards — the system automatically generates a 5-question quiz and revision flashcards from each session's transcript.

2. AI Session Titles

  • Automate Session Titles — the system analyzes the AI Summary and automatically renames the session with a relevant title once it ends.

3. AI Session Summary

  • AI Summary Visibility — control who can view AI-generated session summaries (e.g. "Admins Only").
  • Customise AI Summary — provide a custom prompt dictating how the AI writes the summary; if left disabled, defaults to Zoom's standard AI summaries. Summary Prompt — free text, custom instructions to the AI (e.g. simplify language, focus on specific takeaways based on the transcript). Can also be customised at the course level.
