Every institute gets a free, non-branded mobile app — "My Online Classes" — that works immediately once your Institute Code (2.1) exists; students and tutors log into it with that code, no separate setup required.

A fully branded app with your own name and icon is a separate, paid add-on — reach out to the Wise team for current pricing and details. It requires DUNS verification plus your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console organization accounts, and takes roughly 30–45 days to go live. You can start on the free shared app and move to a branded one later.
