Where to find this: Settings → Institute Settings → Details & Assets

This is the one-time visual setup pass: your public-facing Institute Name, a Logo (108×108px) and Cover photo (1500×500px), plus two institute-wide defaults — Language (English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese (Br), Hebrew, or Lithuanian) and Time Format (12hr/24hr) — that apply to every user unless overridden.
