Recorded Courses has its own item in the left sidebar, separate from 1:1 and Group Courses. The list view has Active, Bundles, and Archived tabs, a search box, a Filter button, and + Add course.

Unlike 1:1's 5-step wizard (4.1) or Group's own creation flow (5.1), creating a Recorded course is a single small modal: just a Name and a Subject. Submitting it drops you straight into the course editor, auto-saving as you go, with no separate "publish" step to come back to later.
