The editor has four tabs, and everything in it auto-saves:

  • Content — the course is organized into Sections (+ Add Section), and each section holds content items added via its own "+" menu: Folder, Video, Files, Discussion, Test, Polls, Homework, Youtube, Link, Embed Link, or Copy Activity sheets (reuse content from another course). Picking Video, Files, Youtube, Link, or Embed Link all open the same "Add Files" dialog with those five as tabs inside it, rather than five separate forms — for example Youtube just asks for a URL and auto-titles the item from the video's own title. Both a section and an individual content item have a "…" menu with Rename and Delete, and can be drag-reordered by their handle. Below the sections, Add a course completion certificate lets you choose a certificate template to issue automatically once a learner finishes.
  • Drip — controls when content becomes visible to an enrolled learner: Immediately after enrolling, After X days of learner enrollment, or On a specific date. A separate Enable Sequential Learning toggle (off by default) forces learners through sections in order instead of letting them jump around freely.
  • Landing Page — this is the course's public sales page, with Preview and Edit buttons. Edit opens a 4-step editor: 1. Course Details (title, subtitle, a rich-text description editor), 2. Course Highlights (a header plus a list of short highlight bullets), 3. Reviews (manually add testimonials to display on the page), and 4. Registration Questions (off by default; Name and Email are always collected, and when turned on you can add number, email, date, phone, short text, dropdown, multi-select dropdown, or file-upload questions for the buyer to answer at checkout).
  • Settings — Course Validity (3 months, 6 months, 1/2/3 years, or Unlimited — how long a learner keeps access after enrolling), Course fee (amount + currency, separate from the billing-plan catalog used by 1:1 and Group courses), Video restriction (Unlimited, or a capped number of views per video — one view counts whether the learner watched it partially or completely), Auto Accept Requests (on by default: learners join instantly on payment rather than waiting for admin/tutor approval), and Delete course.
