It automatically scores every ended live session against a written rubric (21 measures across five groups: relationship & engagement, participation, instruction, readiness & hygiene, and demo sessions), sorts each one into Healthy, Monitor, Review, or Critical, and links any flag straight to the timestamped moment in the recording.

Reports show an overall score, tutor-level trend reports (strongest / to work on, vs. last week), and printable coaching reports, so a reviewer only opens the sessions that actually need a look rather than spot-checking at random. Measures can be switched on or off and reweighted to match your own rubric.
